MRA FINAL REVIEW CHECK
6 October 2026 | Follow-up against the seven must-fix findings
Files rechecked: platform.txt, operations_draft.txt, marketing_draft.txt, brand_spec.txt and review_final.txt. This record reflects the final corrected state.

PASSED
1. Launch timing is now consistent: preparation days 1-14, co-design days 15-30, gated four-week support pilot days 31-60, ratification/elections days 61-90. The initial 90-day mandate and explicit caretaker fallback match this schedule.
2. Two initial reviewers and three different appeal reviewers are now a stated readiness gate, with separate time provision, conflict independence and a pending-appeal fallback.
3. Narrow single-moderator emergency action has a 24-hour second-review boundary. Meeting restrictions no longer automatically remove voting/recall rights. Separate governance restrictions need reasons and independent review.
4. Technical custody now has an honest migration fallback: shared access to nonsensitive notices, community authorization, consented invitations, no copied member histories, and no false claim that ownership transfer can be compelled.
5. Operations now excludes support-room material from publicity/research/training while allowing separately arranged future contributions outside support. Deletion/audit promises are limited to actual controlled systems and capabilities.
6. The six-hour budget now covers co-design only. Live support has a 10-12-hour planning envelope with two person-hours for the meeting, preparation/follow-up time and additional independent-review capacity. Facilitator preparation is specified and is not represented as certification.
7. Platform, operations and brand consistently use version 1.0 and unratified founding-proposal status. The Document authority paragraph in review_final.txt explicitly establishes the adopted charter as controlling governance/operations, distinguishes platform commitments from procedures, and prevents publicity from creating unauthorized services or powers.

Additional changes checked: voter-role eligibility, annual roll renewal, worked quorum examples, and repeat runoff ties. Arithmetic in the worked 12-voter examples is correct. No new clinical-efficacy claims or evidence-ID mismatch identified in these revisions. Source fidelity disclosures and missing Tradition 8 remain intact.

FINAL CONSISTENCY FIXES VERIFIED
A. Operations now cancels a meeting when either required volunteer is unavailable and no prepared replacement can attend. This matches the two-person minimum.
B. Marketing no longer allows support-room documentary use “by default.” Later storytelling is expressly new material arranged outside support with separate permission, matching operations and the platform.
C. Package authority and unratified edition 1.0 are explicit in review_final.txt and identified for the final README.

ADDED TRADITIONS SECTION VERIFIED
The platform's twelve numbered operating commitments align with the corresponding supplied traditions. Expanded governance, adult pilot/conduct qualifications, local minimum safeguards, independence and whole-person care are presented as proposed interpretation. The missing Tradition 8 is conspicuously labelled “NEW PROPOSAL FOR THE MISSING TRADITION”; no missing source text is invented or presented as recovered. Its privacy/consent proposal matches the media and confidentiality boundaries elsewhere. No new unsupported clinical-efficacy claims were introduced.

DISPOSITION
All seven original design-review findings and the three final consistency fixes are resolved in the reviewed texts. No substantive blockers remain within this editorial review scope. Named volunteers, reviewer agreements, verified reporting routes, actual permission tests and member ratification remain real-world launch requirements, not tasks claimed completed by the document package. This check is not clinical/legal certification and does not replace visual QA of final rendered artifacts.
